Liability Risk Manager

We are looking for Liability Risk Manager in Product and Underwriting Unit’ Liability team who will work with risk assessment for our commercial customers for Liability insurance product. You have important role to ensure proper risk selection, determine right cover for the customer, and contribute to positive financial outcome of the company.

You will be responsible for

• Daily risk assessment of customers in compliance with the regulations set by the company.
• Occasional customer site visits for risk evaluation and risk management recommendations to customers.
• Providing support to salespeople in preparing insurance offers and determining insurance premium.
• Participating in large clients’ tenders.
• Analysing risk and claims data, identifying trends to suggest new common risk evaluation principles for underwriting process standardization and automation.
• Building successful co-operation with Sales and Claims employees in training and consulting them about products, risk factors, and pricing for insurance objects.
• Supporting Liability Product Managers in creating best products for our customers within commercial customer segment.
• Participating in local and Baltic projects for improving Product and Underwriting Units’ processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Understanding of risk management and underwriting principles. Prior experience in that field is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Desire to understand customer needs, market trends and implement changes.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data.
• Interest in utilizing digital solutions in the business.
• Flexible and positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Good collaboration and team support skills, ability to take initiative.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
