RESPONSIBILITIES:
• identifying risk segments in Motor product lines, providing necessary changes to pricing and risk selection;
• streamline standard risk underwriting based on analytics and daily experience;
• supporting Motor Product Manager and Chief Underwriter participating in large client tenders;
• providing ideas to improvements in product and pricing;
• participating in projects: system development, tariff and formula developments.
 
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR HAS:
• at least Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics;
• working experience in mathematical and/or analytical field;
• high analytical capability and structural capacity;
• strong computer skills, experienced SQL and MS Excel user;
• customer and result orientation, ability to take initiative;
• good cooperation and team support skills;
• fluency in Lithuanian and English languages;
• knowledge of R, SAS (would be considered as advantage);
• good knowledge of Motor insurance products, risk management & underwriting skills (would be considered as an advantage).

Junior Actuary in Vilnius

Actuaries and Data Modelling Unit support Baltic Business Area business operations by developing technical reserve model with the relevant statistical analysis, making relevant assumptions about future trends, forecasting reserve levels. Your job responsibilities in Lithuania and Baltics would consist of preparing analytical reports, consultations and collaboration with experienced actuaries in these working areas:
• assessment of adequacy of technical provisions;
• development of reserving methodologies and tools;
• further development of the financial management model in Baltics;
• managing, participating in, and supporting implementation of Actuarial projects;
• participating in Forecast/Planning process in reserving area;
• taking part in initiatives to make actuarial work more effective.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR HAS:
• strong computer skills, experienced databases’ (SQL), MS Excel user;
• high analytical capability and capacity, ability to take initiative and work independently, orientation toward results;

Data Analyst in Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn

Being a part of Baltic Actuaries and Insurance Data Modelling unit, you would have an important role for leading Insurance data analysis towards excellence in Baltics.
Functions of this new position will consist of:
• Leading Insurance data analytics projects to create one Insurance data model for whole Baltic company.
• Preparing technical specifications for IT development, based on business requirements, priorities and expected results, applying LEAN approach.
• Developing data analysis tools using MS tabular data models and PowerBI.
• Presenting reporting models and providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Taking part in initiatives to make business work more effective.

The person we are looking for has:
• At least Bachelor’s degree in any of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subjects.
• Deep interest in data science and data engineering area.
• At least 2-year experience in data science, analytics or BI area.
• High analytical capability and structural capacity, ability to take initiative and work independently, orientation toward results.
• High motivation and commitment for the organization, willingness to learn and share knowledge with others, good communication skills.
• High competence and experience in work with databases. SQL knowledge.
• Fluency in English and one of the Baltic languages (Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian).
• Bonus points for: knowledge of PowerBI, Python; working experience in Insurance field.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer (Vilnius)

A RPA developer has to ensure automation of repetitive and logic based tasks using RPA software. The role will work closely with business owners as well as IT leaders to ensure a strong alignment between solutions/services and the requirements/priorities of the business. The position is responsible for developing and delivering robust, scalable, supportable automation projects with a focus on creating business value. Your main responsibilities will be:
• Develop RPA workflows up to standard best practices including QA and exception management.
• Estimate and timely deliver assigned automation (including reporting).
• Provide guidance and help with process design from automation perspective.
• Participate in RPA requirements analysis, update documentation.
• Collaborate with business teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
• Follow RPA development guidelines and procedures. 

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR HAS:
• Mathematical or engineering background.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
• Openness to work on new technologies.
• Proactive problem-solving skills as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English as well as Lithuanian.
• Proven ability to learn. 

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE:
• Experience in Robotic Process Automation with one of the market leading RPA platforms: UI Path, Blue Prism or similar.
• Ability to explain technical aspects to the business people and relevant stakeholders.
• Understanding of code versioning tools and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with JavaScript, .NET, HTML, SQL (considered as an advantage).
• Good skills in maintaining documentation, code migration between environments and bug fixing (considered as an advantage).
