About the role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media and Internal Communication Manager to support and manage our communications across Lithuania and the Baltics. In this role, you will help shape our brand on social media and contribute to meaningful internal communication, particularly on sustainability topics. You will work closely with colleagues across the Baltics to ensure consistent, impactful, and well-coordinated messaging.

You will be responsible for

  • Managing and growing the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Analysing social media performance across the Baltics and sharing actionable insights, planning Baltic social media content together with the team.
  • Developing and executing a social media strategy that supports business goals.
  • Monitoring interactions, responding to comments, and coordinating with colleagues for thoughtful replies.
  • Creating and implementing internal communication plans, with a focus on sustainability initiatives.
  • Exploring and introducing new tools and channels to enhance internal communication effectiveness.
  • Taking part or leading in other communication related projects and initiatives across the Baltics.

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven experience in social media with additional internal communication experience being a plus.
  • Strong writing and content creating skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Analytical skills and experience in performance reporting.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work across countries and teams.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a passion for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
