• Assessment of adequacy of technical provisions,
• Development of reserving methodologies and tools,
• Further development of the financial management model in If Baltics,
• Managing, participating in, and supporting implementation of actuarial projects,
• Participating in forecast and planning process in reserving area,
• Taking part in initiatives to make actuarial work more effective.

• At least Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, IT or econometrics (could be last year student),
• Strong computer skills, experienced databases’ (SQL), MS Excel user,
• High analytical capability and capacity, ability to take initiative and work independently, orientation toward results,
• High motivation and commitment for the organization, willingness to learn and share knowledge with others,
• Good communication skills,
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages,
• SAS knowledge or working experience in similar field would be considered as an advantage.

Working place: Vilnius. 

Suggested monthly salary is 1300-1700 € gross. The specific salary offered to the selected candidate will be based on his/her skills and competences. The monthly salary is only one component of the remuneration – the bonus package and the variable compensation are subject to the If Remuneration Policy.
