• Sharp minded, critical thinking and business orientated – to quickly connect business needs with available data, provide actionable insights in storytelling way and help make data-driven decisions.
• Technically advanced – to easily navigate in databases, deep dive to uncover interesting and useful patterns and relationships, extract needed information, test hypothesis, create sustainable and easy reusable solutions with automatization supporting attitude (SQL and Excel – advanced level, Python – advantage, experience with any visualization tool (PowerBI - advantage).
• Curious, proactive with strong ownership feeling – to take the best of this role and speed-up personal and professional growth in If.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in econometrics, statistics or mathematics.
• At least 3 years experience in data analyst/actuary/data scientist role covering both business and technical areas.
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.

Suggested monthly salary is 2500-3000 € gross. The specific salary offered to the selected candidate will be based on his/her skills and competences. The monthly salary is only one component of the remuneration – the bonus package and the variable compensation are subject to the If Remuneration Policy.
