You will be responsible for

  • Developing digital marketing strategy to drive If product sales and lead generation in web pages in all Baltic countries
  • Creating and implementing annual and monthly digital advertising plans in cooperation with Traffic Manager and Marketing team
  • Digital marketing budget planning, tracking, and handling invoices
  • Tracking and analyzing digital sales results - continuous evaluation of web page sales results, adjustment of digital marketing plans and budget optimization to reach sales goals
  • Cooperating with media agencies to provide business insight about If’s digital strategy and channels, analyze results to optimize campaigns and make improvements for the future digital communication.

Competences required for the job

  • You have been working in e-commerce: creating and implementing digital advertisement plans to reach sales goals in digital channels,
  • You have solid experience working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads. Preferably also Google Data Studio, Tag manager and Optimize,
  • You know how to read Power BI or other analytic tools,
  • Interest in growth marketing and marketing automation would be an advantage,
  • Fluent in English language, as we really work in Baltic teams.
