Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist you would be taking part in Baltic customer analytics team. You would have an important role in decisions in customer journey and impact to processes by providing new insights, advancing data analytics, and leading projects to increase organization’s efficiency.

• Become the voice of customer and numbers inside the organization and promote wider usage of conclusions;
• Analyze, predict and give insights about customer behavior by using advanced methods such as machine learning;
• Predict, experiment and do statistical hypothesis testing such as A/B testing;
• Propose next best area of analysis and development;
• Investigate and give proposals for usage of new data sources;
• Work with structured and unstructured data, build datasets, and if necessary, build reports for wider organizational usage;
• Collaborate with other units and participate or lead projects.

• Deep interest in Data Science and Data engineering area;
• Higher education in data science, machine learning, mathematics, statistics or IT;
• At least 2 year working experience in data scientist, analytical, actuarial or similar role;
• Proactive and team playing skills and the drive for collaboration;
• High competence and experience in work with databases: SQL knowledge;
• Bonus points for: knowledge of Microsoft BI tools (BISM), Python, and/or experience in insurance;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Lithuanian language.
