Product Data Analyst

As a Product Data Analyst, you would have an important role in decisions of customer journey and impact to processes by providing new insights, advancing data analytics, and leading projects to grow professionally and increase organization’s efficiency.

What are you going to do

  • Bring meaning to the data and enrich it with business insights and recommendations.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data, build datasets, reports and calculators supporting business needs, pricing decisions as well as improving customer experience.
  • Investigate and give proposals for usage of new data sources.
  • Experiment, simulate possible scenarios and test hypothesis.
  • Collaborate with other units and participate / lead projects on Baltic level.

Desired skills and experience

  • Passion for numbers and pursuit to transfer large amounts of data into clear business decisions.
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics.
  • At least 3 years work experience in an analytical, actuarial or data scientist role.
  • Good communication skills, willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
  • Ability to take initiative, to work independently as well as in different teams.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Solid knowledge in SQL, MS Excel, and data visualization skills.  
  • Advantage would be work experience in Python, Power BI.
