  • Report the incident to the police immediately.
  • Within 5 business days of discovering the theft, inform us by calling 1620, reporting it online, or by coming to any of our offices to explain the situation.

If you come to our office, have the following with you:

  • copy of your insurance policy;
  • personal identification.

You flooded the neighbours / there was a problem accident

  • Immediately contact the appropriate emergency services about the incident.
  • Immediately after the incident, or after discovering that you will be held liable for damages, contact our nearest office or call us at 1620. Our experts will recommend the next course of action depending on the circumstances.
