Our goal is to compensate financial loss expeditiously and fairly, and we hope each of our clients is satisfied with our claims handling process. We strive to always provide professional assistance by supplying as much information as possible about the status of claims, damage assessment, and amount of payment.

However, there are always instances in which our views and those of the client do not coincide. In such an event, we always recommend consulting with your claims expert or the head of the claims centre. Perhaps there are circumstances we were not aware of, or perhaps human error came into play. If you remain dissatisfied with the claims assessment and payment sum, you have the right to contact the Insurance Supervisory Committee of the Republic of Lithuania.
