If your insurance policy includes Travel Expenses
- If your trip was cancelled or you missed a connection, inform us by calling 1620 or filling out the online form, making sure to include a telephone number where you can be reached and/or an e-mail address.
- Present the insurance company with the relevant documents concerning the cancellation of a planned trip, missed connection or late departure.
- If you were late for a connection due to circumstances beyond your control, immediately contact the proper airport authorities and get a written incident report. Then bring this report, together with documents verifying expenses incurred to our nearest insurance office or send them in by post.
