- If you have bodily injury coverage and have experienced a trauma, contact a medical facility immediately.
- If the bodily injury occurred due to the actions of another person or persons (for instance, you were beaten or injured in a traffic accident), contact the police.
- Inform insurance company staff by calling 1620 or filling out the claim form available online. Make sure to include your telephone number and/or e-mail address so that we can contact you quickly.
- Present the following supplementary documents to our insurance company by fax, e-mail, post, or by personally coming down to one of our offices:
- medical certificate containing a specific diagnosis and treatment;
- copies of any documents showing sick leave from work or absence from school;
- other documents which could be significant to the investigation of the incident.
