If you have Baggage coverage and a claimable incident occurs
- In cases of late delivery or lost baggage (luggage), as well as damaged baggage (luggage), immediately inform the proper airport authorities, register the incident and get written confirmation of the occurrence.
- Inform us by calling our staff at 1620 or by filling out the online form, making sure to include a telephone number where you can be reached and/or an e-mail address.
- Present the following documents to our insurance company: financial documents showing expenses incurred due to late or missing luggage, as well as the written incident report from the airport.
